1. Must choose high-quality engine oil

The main reason for oil seal damage is that the oil replacement cycle is too long or the use of inferior oil, resulting in the lack of lubrication and heat dissipation of the floating turbine spindle, which damages the oil seal and causes oil leakage.
Therefore, the turbocharger is relatively more expensive than the ordinary natural aspiration engine, and its requirements for oil products are also greater. Most of the oil burning phenomena occur because of the damage of oil seal between the turbocharger and the intake pipe, because the main spindle of the turbocharger adopts floating design. The whole spindle relies on lubricating oil for heat dissipation and lubrication. If poor quality oil is used, the floating Turbine Spindle will not be able to lubricate and heat dissipation normally because of its high viscosity and poor fluidity. Choose oil with good antioxidant, antiwear, high temperature resistance, lubrication and heat dissipation.
2. Replace oil filter and air filter in time
When using turbines, special attention should be paid to the timely replacement of oil filters and air filters, and the cleanliness of turbines should be maintained. Generally speaking, the matching clearance between the turbocharger shaft and the Bush is very small. If the oil used is impure or the oil filter is not clean, it will cause excessive wear and tear of the turbocharger.

Secondly, because there are a lot of impurities in the air, once the dust particles enter the high-speed operation, they will make the dust particles impact the supercharger, which will cause the turbine to run unsteadily and wear. Regular inspection of turbocharger damage, the way is to listen to whether there is any abnormal noise or unusual vibration, sealing ring is sealed, etc.
3. Start the cold car slowly, then stop the hot car idling.

When the cold car starts, the lubrication effect is not good because the oil temperature is usually relatively low and sticky, so the lubrication effect can not be achieved until the temperature rises to normal temperature. In this process, if the turbine is forced to work at full load, it will wear and tear. Therefore, it is suggested that the cold car should idle for 3-5 minutes before driving, or that low-speed driving for a period of time can also play a preheating effect.
When parking, it is better to idle for a while before extinguishing, because the temperature of the turbocharger will be very high when it works. After extinguishing, the turbine will continue to run for a period of time because of inertia, that is to say, the role of lubricating oil is still needed. If the engine is turned off immediately after parking, the cooling system and the supply of lubricating oil will also stop. It will damage the bearing of the vehicle.
